These terms apply when you use the Candy Path app and the candypath.app website, both provided by IdeaBridge GmbH, Jahnstr. 17, 63808 Haibach, Germany. By using them, you agree to the terms below.
Using Candy Path
Candy Path is a game for personal, non-commercial use. We give you a simple licence to install and play it on your own devices. Please do not copy, resell or take apart the app, or use cheats, bots or other tools to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboards.
Your account
The app creates an anonymous online account for cloud save, friends and leaderboards. Choose a display name that is not offensive or misleading. We may change or remove names and accounts that break this rule.
Purchases
Optional purchases are made through Apple. Apple's terms apply to payment, refunds and restoring purchases. Virtual items such as coins and skins have no cash value.
Our content
The art, characters, music, story and code in Candy Path belong to IdeaBridge GmbH or its licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of the game for personal and non-commercial use.
No promises about availability
We work hard to keep the game running, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. Online features such as friends and leaderboards may change or pause. The game is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending use
You can stop using Candy Path at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend access if someone seriously breaks these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Candy Path after a change, it applies to you.
